Joel B. Albert

Managing Partner

Mr. Albert represents a wide range of local, national, and international clients, including individuals and large and small companies in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. He handles all types of commercial matters, complex litigation, estate planning and personal injury matters, and regularly appears in local, state, and federal courts, as well as other forums, throughout the country.

Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Albert was associated with Macy's New York as a Manager and Buyer and MCI Telecommunications as an assistant to the Vice President, Sales and Budget Analysis.

Mr. Albert is married to Amy Clevenstine, a Physician’s Assistant employed by the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. They have a young son, Andrew, and enjoy gardening and horticulture, golf, hiking, the National Parks, photography, the seashore and all wildlife.
