Mr. Albert represents a wide range of local, national, and international clients, including individuals and large and small companies in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. He handles all types of commercial, contractual and transactional matters, as well as complex litigation, estate planning, product liability and personal injury matters, and all aspects of insurance law. Mr. Albert regularly appears in local, state, and federal courts, as well as other forums, throughout the country.

Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Albert was associated with Macy's New York as a Manager and Buyer and MCI Telecommunications as an assistant to the Vice President, Sales and Budget Analysis.

Mr. Albert is married to Amy Clevenstine, a Physician’s Assistant employed by the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. The Alberts have two young children, Andrew and Emily, and enjoy gardening and horticulture, golf, hiking, the National Parks, photography, the seashore and all wildlife.
